Refund policy

At Suraido Surf Gear we build our products with tons of care. While we can't cover breakage from a wax caddy getting smashed by a car door, or crushed by someone’s foot, if something does fail in the normal course of use please let us know so we can make it right. Things happen in manufacturing, and as much care we put into every item we make, perfection is hard to find. The wax caddy may have some minor cosmetic defects, but it should be free of functional related defects. If you encounter one that is not, please contact us. We welcome feedback to guide future manufacturing and design changes. Outside of specific exceptions stated above, all sales are considered final.
